Three service stages
The free case review does not create a paid service or provider-patient relationship. A paid specialist consultation and any treatment-in-China coordination begin only under a separately accepted written scope for that stage.
Written service agreements
Before you book or pay for a paid service, you will receive a written agreement identifying the service provider, agreed scope, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund terms, and applicable law and dispute-resolution process.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee provider acceptance, appointment timing, beds, visas, final medical pricing, clinical outcomes, travel fitness or insurance reimbursement.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for accurate information, your own decisions, direct professional consultation and contacting emergency services when needed.
Payment relationships
China Care fees and hospital medical charges are separately identified. Hospital, procedure, medication and medical-supply charges are paid directly to the treating hospital or licensed medical institution, not to an individual doctor.
Third parties
Medical institutions and travel or local-service suppliers remain responsible for their own services. Their terms, cancellation rules and refund processes may apply separately.
Changes to care
A pre-arrival plan is based on available records and is not a final treatment commitment. The treating institution may revise the procedure, timing or cost after in-person assessment or additional examinations.
